In a recent interview with HLTV, The Norwegian based esports organization, Nordavind announced that 22 year old Joshua “m1cks” Micks will joining as their head coach for CS:GO team.
According to HLTV, Joshua stated: ” I’m excited to join Nordavind and to be stepping into the head coach role for the first time, I look forward to continuing my progress as a coach and hope to bring this team to new heights it hasn’t yet seen. I’ll hopefully be spending more time in Europe in the coming months to work closely with the team and organization with the EU, in order to make the most of the opportunity I’ve been given.”

The organization was called BX3 eSports Club back in day which later was rebranded as Nordavind. Just a couple of months ago before joining Nordavind, m1cks was working in Pimp as a streamer.
“I was pretty excited when they contacted me and it seems like an actual organization and a proper organizational structure.” said Joshua in the video. He continued: “All I wanted to be a Head coach and thought it as my end goal.” As he grew in his esports carrier he realized that coaching and seeing player’s true potentail is what he is truly capable seeing what other coaches in industry lacked.
