
In a Recent tweet EXCEL announced that they will be making 2 roster changes by letting Czekolad and Tore go in order to improve team’s performance and synergy between players after testing multiple tryouts.
It said: “Ahead of the LEC Summer Split, we have decided to make two roster changes. We can confirm that Czekolad and Tore will be leaving EXCEL. We will always be greatful for the passion and skills they have both brought to the team, and we wish them both all the best for the future. Roster changes are never easy, however, we have to look at ways to improve our team’s synergy and performance. We have done extensive tryouts during the offseason and are confident we have a roster going forward that will help us achieve our Summer Split ambitions.”
The two new players which are rumoured to take their place in the team are Ex Astralis player Erlend “Nukeduck” Våtevik and Petr Haramach aka denyk. It will be interesting to see if the new rosters can turn the game around as they landed on 8th place with multiple losses to Shalke 04, Vitality, Fnatic, SK Gaming, Misfits , Mad Lions etc.
